Do you have a fancy Japanese toilet at home? Haha, I love the lengthy writing on all the appliances, especially the toaster oven instructions. I had the hardest time figuring out my washing machine here in China. I still pretty much only use one setting! xx
A lot of symbols to learn, haha. The good thing is pictures make everything easier to understand and Japanese is very good at making cute pictures to help us. (they come with nice color too).
(ha ha ha) My first night in Tokyo and I didn't ever press the buttons on the toilet. (ha ha ha) Until we stopped at a "rest stop" on the way to Shizuoka. Very おもしろい and pretty handy. ♥
Shizuoka is very きれい and natural if I might add, so you should definitely go if you want some peace from the bustling city of Tokyo. :-)
They want to make sure you know how to work everything exactly..ha ha
