Informal Tamagawa Florist
Chris at A-small-lab spotted this adorable informal florist on the side of Tamagawa Josui walkway where flowers placed inside empty milk cartons were on sale for ¥100 using an honesty box system. How adorable! I wish I could have spotted it. I would have been tempted to buy the whole bucket!

I love finding honesty boxes. A month or so back there was one near us with bunches of dahlias, they came in such delightful mixed up colours. How nice to trust people and share your garden :)
ReplyDeleteWOW. I suppose if anywhere, the honesty box system would work best in Japan. :) Such a quaint idea!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!
