mt Tape
You might recall my mention of MT tape on my gift wrapping post? Well now special thanks goes to gorgeous Angela from Three Buttons for the heads up on MT's new pattered range! Mr Y and I ordered 8,293 円 worth last night to be delivered to Tokyo! Yay! I am so excited!
Fancy your own set? Buy them online here, or here if your Nihon-go is a bit rusty. You won't regret it!
Some inspiration for uses (above) from Happy Tape Blog or check out the gorgeous mt Japanese gallery!

So so cute! I love wrapping gifts and parcels in butcher's or kraft paper and tying it all up with twine or string, and these pretty tapes would add just the right touch! Gorge.
ReplyDeleteHello Sandwich, I think your new collection of MT tape may just rival mine! I have about 40+ rolls collected on 2 trips to Tokyo - patterns and plain - but I want more. It's addictive!
ReplyDeletei love how colourful this post was!!
ReplyDeletei love mt tape too, i need more.....
ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend lives in Tokyo and he sends e these all the time. I don't want to part with them but I have so many that I'll never fully use.
ReplyDeleteDo you think people would be interested if I sold them by foot on Etsy or something? They are ridiculously expensive on other US sites but I guess by the foot would make the price more accessible to those that want variety and not 50 feet of one color.
What do you guys think?
I absolutely love this! found it at Merci store in paris and stocked up when I was in Tokyo, it's the perfect invention :-)
