As a precaution I'm flying to Sydney tomorrow night while the nuclear concerns pass. A lot of my friends have fled Tokyo to Osaka an Kyushu. It's a precaution only. Please be safe everyone.
i am so sad to hear about the effect of the earthquake and tsunami on beautiful japan! my thoughts and heart goes out to everyone over there.
i have started a tsunami appeal - 10% of sales from my etsy store foraged & found will be donated towards red cross and their japan/pacific disaster appeal.
oh, i could understand...and must be a heavy step to let your friends there...but its the best...would be the same for me, too...you must to think to what will happen the next days...wish you and all people in japan the very best...my thoughts are with you all...take care and a big hug from germany...cheers...i...
Safe flights. my deepest deepest sympathy goes to Japan, those suffering and in hope. If I didn't have two munchkins, I would be over there in relief effort in a heart beat. I feel for you all and I hope the best for you.
Best to stay safe and sound and not take any risks. Hopefully the nuclear concerns will pass and all will be well. Take care and have a safe flight home.
I'm happy to have some news. I think the decision was not so easy for you. But it's a wise decision. I'm also very sad because your blog is like a window for me. Like you ,I like the japanese's way of life and you are for me like a link with japan.Hope everything is ok for you and your friends.See you soon...
Stay safe Ebony! You'll be back there soon (once it's safe, of course) and we'll all do what we can to help out. I'm in Arizona, USA, and I'd love to help out with a way to raise money. I just have to think of something.....
Be safe! I prayers are with the people still in japan. I do hope there wouldn't be anymore deaths. Too many have already lost their lifes and their love ones >~<
