Morning Adrenaline Rush - Shinjuku High-rise
This morning I went up to the 28th floor of the Nikon service center building in Shinjuku. I went with my book photographer Boco-chan. It was a serious adrenaline rush. I've never been up so high in a building in Tokyo since the March 11 quake. I didn't particularly fancy doing so either (BOCO-CHAN!!!ふふふ) All I could think of was another quake coming and the building shaking (or crumbling). Rather than take the first elevator back downstairs I decided to laugh it off with Boco-chan and now I have this lovely photo of this amazing view to show for it.

ReplyDelete(Actually, 2 years after being on the 14th floor in a large earthquake in Chile, we are still very wary about high floors. I totally understand the apprehension).
