Everytime I try to make do something like this I end up with a terrible paper mess D: I have a letter for a friend, I'll try to come up with something as cute as these!
And Japanese stamps are the best in the world, I once saw Berusaiyu no Bara ones and were incredible!!
If I would get this kind of post I would frame it and hang it on the wall. I think I have few really nice old Japanese stamps..not so sure are they because don't understand the written word...have to make a post about it so you'll see :)
I love your creative envelopes and packaging! They are so inspiring! I have been trying to write letters on Saturday mornings, and it is a lovely way to start the weekend. ;)
Thank you very much! What a nice start to your weekend! I tend to write letters most days these days! It's my guilty pastime! The stamps get expensive in the end when you jam lots into the envelopes like I do but sending letters is an important part of life, I think :)
Hello. I am Hello Sandwich. I am an Australian artist and graphic designer living in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo. I love Japan, bento boxes, pantone 107.3 and metallic hologram foil, polka dots and plaid, Holbein gouache and fluoro pencils and I have a huge crush on Japanese artist Hiroshi Sugito. I would like to share with you some of the things that inspire me. I hope you will enjoy.
