Anyone who follows my Instagram will already know that I've been handmaking some little note books lately! It. is. oh. so. much. fun. I'll also be hosting a bookmaking workshop at Nidi Gallery in Shibuya showing participants how to make these books! If you're in Tokyo next month I hope you can come along!
(Added note: Thank you to all who expressed interest in making these books! Even if you can't make it to Tokyo I will still be providing a way for you to make these...stay tuned!)

ReplyDelete私本当にやりたいな〜。It would be great if you could provide a DIY Tutorial for us poor fellows, who won't be able to jump a plane to Tokyo. I'd really love to fly over as soon as possible, though. (Won't happen before 2012 I fear...) Ah, how is it that the time flies past so fast? I was in Japan for the 4th time last year in March and that has been over one year ago already.
ReplyDeleteHow is the situation these days? I heard life in Tokyo is almost the same as before the whole catastrophes...Hope you are well!
Greetings from Germany.
lovely <3
ReplyDeleteBooks look adorable. I saw that the time for the workshop is TBA. Would be great to be able to go to a daytime workshop, especially in Shibuya. Fingers crossed!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful little books! I love them!
ReplyDeleteI would love to have one of these! I wish I were somewhere near Tokyo so I could attend the workshop and make cute notebooks myself! And the tapes in Japan are the cutest! Hope we have some of them here in the Philippines!
