I recently attended Kasuga-san's workshop (remember her? The super talented creator of this amazing pompom making book?) and after the workshop I was snapping away at her gorgeous colourful pompom artworks and much to my surprise she kindly said I could keep this one above!!!
She is one of my idols so you can imagine how honoured I felt to have been given one of her original pompoms.
Kasuga-san also gave me this gorgeous confetti present because my nengajo bounced back to her. What a sweetie!
Now I'm thinking about what cute prsent I can make her to return the favour. Fun!
